Clubhouse

Since opening in 1924, the historic Spanish Mediterranean style clubhouse has always played the consummate host and is well equipped to turn any engagement into a unique experience.

Arriving at the Orinda Country Club is, in itself, an event. Part movie set, part getaway, it is a secluded retreat with a warm Mediterranean welcome. The hand-carved beam ceilings, ornate mahogany balconies, and contemporary furnishings create an atmosphere of timeless beauty and elegance, providing a magnificent setting for occasions big and small - from intimate gatherings to larger-than-life celebrations. The dining and lounge areas have hosted presidents, sportsmen, and film stars, adding to the rich history of the Club’s reputation of being one of the West Coast's finest entertainment venues. The Grand Ballroom places the accent on grand with its high ceilings, chandeliers, balcony, and fireplace. Our gracious Club Rooms lend an elegant mood to smaller gatherings.

Step outside to the Veranda dining room to take in the serene natural preserve where the Clubhouse is set amidst Alders, Bays, and Oaks. The Clubhouse also plays host to the new Centennial Bar & Grill, Golf Pro Shop, and locker rooms, providing all the comforts in making a round of golf on the championship course even more enjoyable.
